①Before going to the Sauna (Preparation).
Saunas in Macau are an alternative to hotels. Many people do not book a hotel and only use the sauna for their accommodation.
In Macau’s saunas, you can fit about the size of a carry-on in the locker room.
If it does not fit, some saunas will keep it at the front desk (you are responsible for your valuables).
Large suitcases can be left at the front desk, but if you go to a nearby casino (hotel) in advance, you can also leave them in the cloakroom for free. This service is basically for casino users, but there is no confirmation of casino use, so anyone can leave their luggage in the cloakroom.
In Macau, passport checks are very occasionally carried out on the streets and at checkpoints.
Prepare a photocopy of your passport in advance and carry a photocopy of your passport instead of carrying the passport itself.
②Arrival at Sauna (Entrance).
When you arrive at the sauna in Macau, you will be asked to register.
‘Do you want to choose a girl?’ You will be briefed on prices and courses, but you do not have to decide at reception. You can use the sauna only.
During your stay, you can add to other menus, such as massages, on a case-by-case basis. Prices can be explained at reception with a menu, or the staff in the shop will tell you, but if you are concerned, check with reception.
Whether you are new to Macau saunas or experienced, the Free Taxi Service is very convenient. The service is available 24 hours a day in English and simple questions can be asked.
If you have any questions, please make use of this service.

③Reception to locker rooms
Once you have completed the reception, you will be taken to the locker room.
In the locker room, you undress and place your personal belongings in a locker.
Cigarettes and mobile phones can be brought into the sauna.
No cash is required in the sauna, so leave everything in the locker except your phone and cigarettes!
Staff are available from reception, including in the lockers and rest areas.
You will be given a locker key (locker key).
All charges for paid food and drink (alcohol), massages and playing with the girls are managed with locker keys and accounted for when leaving the premises.
Also, locker keys can only be opened by both you and a member of staff.
④Bath, Sauna, Massage and Lounge.
Move from the locker room to the baths and sauna.
Relax and unwind from your journey in the bath or sauna.
Most amenities such as toothbrushes, razors and hairdryers are provided.
After taking a bath or sauna, change into in-store clothes and move to the rest room or eating area.
The rest room is lined with relaxing chairs and reclining seats. You will be guided to your seat.
Here you can look at the menu and order ‘drinks and meals’.
Various types of massage are also available at this seat. (There is a separate, dedicated room for full-body massages).
The massages in this rest area are quite pleasant in all shops, and it is possible to have 3-4 people from head to thighs and feet at the same time.
You will feel like a king, so please give it a try!
⑤Show Time(Show Up)
Showtime usually starts when you are resting in the sauna during peak hours from 7:00pm to 2:00am.
If you are not getting a massage, the staff will tell you that showtime is about to start and guide you through.
Bath, sauna, dinner, massage, showtime.
This is Macau’s sauna golden route. Enjoy it to the fullest!
⑥If you are hungry.
Many of Macau’s saunas have dining rooms (eating areas), where you can order from a buffet or rest area menu.
They bring drinks and food to your seat while you get a massage in the rest area. Beer and other alcohol is charged for.
Free items on the menu are marked ‘免責(free)’.
The taste varies from restaurant to restaurant and menu to menu, but all dishes are generally tasty.
It is very nice to be able to eat for free!
